Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) is the world’s largest free zone dedicated to higher education and the pursuit of intellectual growth. DIAC was launched in April 2007 to cater to the needs of the region’s growing and diverse academic community. The free zone is home to numerous regional and international colleges and universities and serves over 27,000 students from all over the world. DIAC is open to LLCs, branches of foreign or UAE companies and freelancers. The free zone is a member of the TECOM Group, an industry-specialised developer and operator of business communities throughout the UAE.
