Dubai Design District (d3) was developed with careful consultation with the design community to provide an ecosystem that fosters creativity and innovation. Built as part of the Dubai Plan 2021 using the Smart City principles, the free zone is home to the region’s growing community of creative thinkers. d3 is open to all creative industries, though primarily focused on design and fashion. As well as retail space that is open to the public, the free zone offers businesses a range of fully furnished offices and studios as well as open land for lease and development.
